Community WASH Training
Course Description
While it is important to come up with innovative projects on Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), it is also very pertinent to develop strategies on how to introduce communities and social groups to these innovations. The Community WASH Promotion training is a program designed to give trainees an understanding of how to best support community members in changing their behaviors of WASH practices, to improve health outcomes and achieve improved community livelihoods.
In a nutshell, this training offers both theoretical and practical lessons on how to influence behavioral change in communities. The training can last between 3-5 days.
