Our Team has been working with Universities, government bodies, youth organisations and intergovernmental bodies in the promotion of research and implementation of projects in water sanitation and hygiene, food security and climate change.

President & Chief Executive Officer

Christian is a creative Social Entrepreneur, innovator and WASH Engineer with experience in designing and implementing low-cost water treatment and sanitation systems. Christian is the founder of RDWB and has over 10 years of experience in project management. His background is in Environmental Engineering, Water sanitation and health Engineering and Project Management.

Semi Aphonsius Yam

Program Manager

A development worker with 10 years of cumulative experience in monitoring and evaluation, Agricultural development, food processing, plant and animal production, cash transfer programming and community mobilisation.

Zih Aisatou Nche

Admin/Finance

Zih is a trained management professional with several years of Administration and Finance experience. Her background in financial management, marketing, project management and social entrepreneurship helps us reach the most vulnerable communities.

Chanel Lyne Assouah

Project Assistant

I am an enthusiastic policy analyst and goal-oriented person, passionate about Africa’s development and humanitarian activities, to impact communities and vulnerable groups. skilled in policy research and analysis on key issues like(WASH, GBV, climate change etc), project designing and implementation.

Database Administrator/ Adviser

Highly talented, result-oriented SQL Server Database Administrator professional with 5+ experience as a Database administrator.

Emmanuel Kedi Beh

Legal Affairs/Compliance

Emmanuel is the Cofounder and National Coordinator of IIPCC Cameroon. He is also the Managing Director of Kedi & Associates SCP IP law firm.
 In 2006, Emmanuel became a part-time lecturer on copyright law in the Pan African Institute of Arts, addressing topics such as industrial design law and copyrights law for students enrolled in the fashion and design college.

Communication Officer

A passionate Multi-talented and multi-task immensely creative communication expert with performance-driven and knowledgeable skills serving as a spokesperson, developing new communication strategies and producing content for social media. A Highly professional attitude, strong attention to detail, deep passion for marketing, great problem-solving skills and above all well-developed teamwork abilities.

Project Manager

Acknowledged for excellent attention to detail and outstanding people skills, he uses his mastery of Project Management to harmonize the goals of the organization with those of stakeholders, ensuring positive conclusions to all projects. He is result-driven.

Project Assistant

Project assistant and an Environmental Sociologist. She is an enthusiastic data collector and analyst, passionate about food security in the world and precisely amongst vulnerable communities she enjoys carrying out humanitarian activités to impact vulnerable groups and communities

Dr Ndi Wamba Alfred

Water Consultantlecturer and researcher

Water Consultant lecturer and researcher at Saint Jerome Catholic University Institute at Douala where he actively takes part in the training of Chemical Engineers (Concentrated: Food and Chemical engineering). He is very motivated to bring drinking water to vulnerable populations over the world and to contribute to environmental research focused on water quality and wastewater treatment. He is the author of several publications and patents.

Advisory board

Awasom   Charles   Nde, Cameroonian, 63   is a surgeon and International Health Consultant, currently teaching surgery and anatomy at Catholic University Bamenda.  Previously he served   government as surgeon and hospital director. He studied medicine at Ibadan, surgery in Nairobi, and short courses in Heidelberg and Tel Aviv.

Ben is a Mechanical Engineer with eight years of industrial design and project management experience. MSc Water, Sanitation and Health Engineering from the University of Leeds, and MEng Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex.

Dr Ambe Emmanuel Cheo

Advisory board

Dr Ambe Emmanuel Cheo is Associate Academic Officer at United Nations University based in Bonn, Germany, where he is contributing in research, capacity building and outreach activities, especially focused on water management and climate action. He has a broad interest in hydrology and his expertise is particularly relevant to Africa, where he has worked for several years. Dr Cheo is a member of the Consultative Group of Experts (CGE) for Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention, member of the Expert Peer Review Group of the UN Race to Zero campaign and a member of FAO Transparency network.
